Business Events
St. Elias Centre hosts events for businesses and government agencies. Some of these events are breakfast or lunch meetings. Others are all-day or multiple-day conferences. Once you have contracted with the St. Elias Centre, you will want to return. We are proud of the repeat business we get. We try to make the event planning phase as smooth and seamless as possible. Arrangements can be made by telephone, e-mail or facsimile.
Room and Floor Plan
While most events can be accommodated within the banquet hall (up to 600 people on tables), extra space is available next to the banquet hall when breakout meetings are required. The Cathedral basement can comfortably hold up to 200 people on tables. More space is available in classrooms of the Cathedral school building. The Centre, the Cathedral and the School building are all interconnected. The manager will provide you with a floor plan if required.
Food and Beverage Selection
The St. Elias Centre provides a choice of refreshments and a vast menu for breakfast, lunch, breaks and dinner. Buffet style meals are also available as are sandwich platters. Please refer to the Menu page for details.
Services Provided by the St. Elias Centre
The St. Elias Centre sets up the tables and prepares and serves the food and/or refreshments. It provides a podium and public address system as required.
Bar and Wine Service
Bar and wine service at meals is optional.
External Service Providers
You can provide your own computers, projectors, screens and other equipment, or request the St. Elias Centre to rent the equipment on your behalf.
